FedEx’s Clark gateway facility expansion at Clark International Airport (CRK) is targeted for completion in the first quarter of 2028, according to developer Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) and Asian Infrastructure Holdings Corp. (AIHC).
The new built-to-suit logistics facility for FedEx, which broke ground on May 19, will be built under the joint venture RL Clark Logistix, Inc. (RCLX), wherein RLC holds an 85% stake while the rest is AIHC’s, the real estate developer said in a statement.
In an earlier separate statement, FedEx said RLC has been engaged as the developer for its Clark gateway facility expansion, with construction slated to start within the second quarter this year.

The new facility follows the opening of its Clark gateway in October 2021, and the signing of a land lease agreement with CRK operator Luzon International Premiere Airport Development Corp. in July 2024.
RLC said the development is planned on an approximately 15-hectare site and is expected to deliver a total gross floor area of close to 78,000 square meters. Completion is targeted for the first quarter of 2028.
RLC said the project adds scale to its logistics and industrial expansion through Robinsons Logistix and Industrials, Inc. (RLX), its logistics and industrial facilities arm. The development strengthens RLX’s presence in a corridor supported by cargo movement, aviation activity, and regional distribution links.
The upcoming facility also supports RLC’s broader direction of expanding investment properties and building more diversified income streams. Through RLX, the company is widening its industrial footprint in a way that supports portfolio diversification and strengthens recurring income over time.
“This partnership reflects Robinsons Land’s commitment to developing well-located, future-ready logistics facilities that support the growth requirements of world-class companies such as FedEx,” said Cora Ang Ley, senior vice president of RLC and general manager of RLX.
“Through RCLX, we are building in Clark with a long-term view of operational efficiency, network expansion, and the growing role of the Philippines in regional trade and logistics,” she added.
Once completed, the facility will give RLC a large-format, built-to-suit logistics development in Clark, further deepening its presence in one of the country’s most active industrial and transport corridors.
