Cebgo will officially operate all AirSWIFT flights effective July 1, but there will be no changes yet in the latter’s schedules and services with flights to and from El Nido to continue as scheduled.

In an advisory on June 15, Cebu Pacific said the main change is that AirSWIFT flights will use DG, instead of T6, as their flight code.

AirSWIFT will also be referred to as Cebgo in airport and flight announcements, and this change will also take effect on airport displays, newly generated itinerary receipts, and sales invoices for flights booked July 1 onwards.

The transition will likewise not affect timings, or aircraft assignment, ensuring operational stability, Cebu Pacific noted.

AirSWIFT currently operates flights between Clark and El Nido in northern Palawan, and between El Nido and other major tourist destinations in the country including Boracay, Bohol, Cebu, and Coron.

The integration of AirSWIFT’s flights to Cebgo follows Cebu Pacific’s acquisition of the boutique airline for P1.75 billion in 2024.

Cebu Pacific earlier said adding El Nido to its routes widens its network and contributes to growth opportunities and is “leveraging its operational expertise to be able to offer more cost-effective options for its growing customer base.”
