FLS Group Philippines, Inc. has commenced operations at its new 7,000-square-meter multi-user warehouse in Biñan, Laguna, with green technology company Envision Energy as its inaugural client.
Envision Energy’s Philippines National Distribution Center occupies about 1,500 square meters of the facility and will serve as a central logistics hub for major wind turbine components and medium- and small-sized spare parts.
The distribution center will support multiple wind projects across the country by positioning critical inventory closer to project sites, improving parts availability, and enabling faster response to operational and maintenance requirements, Envision Energy said in a media release.
The local inventory hub is also expected to shorten delivery lead times, reduce reliance on cross-border transportation, and improve supply chain efficiency, helping minimize the risk of project downtime and maintenance delays.
The facility is part of Envision Energy’s broader global service and logistics network, linking localized inventory deployment to the company’s regional and international distribution centers to enable faster local response and lifecycle support.
“As renewable energy deployment accelerates across the Philippines and Southeast Asia, energy systems require not only advanced generation technologies, but also dependable local infrastructure and responsive service networks to ensure clean energy assets perform reliably over the long term,” said Edward Hou, senior vice president and president of Asia-Pacific at Envision Energy.
“Our Philippines National Distribution Center brings critical components and service capabilities closer to projects and customers, improving delivery efficiency and strengthening long-term operational assurance,” he added.
For FLS Philippines, the Laguna warehouse is designed as a scalable, flexible logistics platform that supports customers across multiple industries and accommodates diverse cargo and operational requirements.

Current allocations at the multi-user facility serve various sectors, including telecommunications, renewable energy, and lubricants.
FLS Philippines said the facility’s design allows customers to expand their operations as requirements change without disrupting supply chain continuity.
The logistics company said its strategic location and scalable warehousing capabilities position it to support a growing customer base while providing flexible and reliable supply chain solutions.
